Approximately 12 miles west of Gulf Shores on Fort Morgan Parkway at Gulf Shores Plantation.

This Gulf Front two story duplex home is located right on the beach at Kiva Dunes. Each side includes 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. (Two of the bedrooms on each side are master suites.) Each bedroom has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and a balcony overlooking the gulf or the golf course.

Each kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, two fridges, and two icemakers.

Amenities for each unit include: sundeck area and covered porch , jacuzzi tub, central air/ heat, washer/dryer, cable T.V., telephone, 2 T.V.'s and VCR. Towel service available.

The "Gulf and Golf" is next to the beautiful Championship 18 hole Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Amenities on the Plantation grounds include 1 indoor and 5 outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts, game rooms, volleyball, secluded beach, cabanas, . . . Rent one side or both!! (Adjoining doors between).

The duplex-sleeps 34 (17 on each side) with 2400 square feet on each side (master bedroom on main level-king & twin & twin, upstairs master bedroom-king, double with single bunk & twin, queen & twin, double, and living room-queen sleeper sofa). The east side has another single sofa sleeper.

Driving Directions

From I-65 or I-10, exit Highway 59 South(Gulf Shores Parkway). Follow Highway 59 over the Dr. Holmes Bridge (Intracoastal Canal) into Gulf Shores. At the 4th traffic light, Highway 59 intersects Highway 180. Turn right. Gulf Shores Plantation is 13 miles on the left.
